Sometimes I wish that Chloe and Clark would’ve dated for AT LEAST 2-3 episodes! But that never happened :/ At least they kissed on several occasions.

5) 30 Days of Chlark - Favorite Kiss
I am going to go for unconventional here. I love Vessel, I do, but this is my favorite kiss of theirs. Abyss is an amazing episode and, yeah, he did take her memories in his stupid self-righteous way, but I don’t think any other episode but maybe Fracture shows the lengths that Chlark will go for each other. Chloe is literally willing to have her mind and sanity eaten away so that Clark won’t have to face Jor-El’s wrath. This is her greatest fear since she found out her mother was catatonic. Similarly, Clark has never had a good track record with at least the Fortress’s version of Jor-El—-branding, stripping powers, brainwashing, freezing—-it’s abused the shit out of him. He has to be scared of it, but he goes anyway to save his best friend, no matter the risk.
It just blows my mind that Chloe, especially, was willing to undergo a complete loss of herself and face her greatest fear, really a fate worse than death to be “just an I.Q.,” because she loves him that much.
But the main reason why I love this kiss is it is not only gentle but anything except platonic! When that still came out and to this day, I assert he’d never kiss Oliver or Pete that way because that’s a romantic, tender kiss, the kind reserved for the woman you are infatuated with and love. People who can’t see that?
Definitely need some bifocals!!!
